Toronto @ Ottawa game blacked out
NHL Center Ice is showing a blackout message for this game but it does not seem to be on NHL Network or any other locally available channel.

Cox has nothing to gain by blacking out certain games. As much as you don't want to believe it, it's up to the content providers. You should write them.
Ever tried that yourself? They only want to talk to the cable reps. It’s a constant runaround.
A $114 runaround.
The "opt out" option is always available. Complaining to Cox is a dead-end as they have no control. It's clear in the "terms of service " that some games will not be shown.
It’s clear which games those are supposed to be, and I’m getting blackouts in games I’m entitled to. Thanks for your SUPER helpful response.
