On demand not working keeps giving an error message saying experiencing technical difficulty.
This company reaps the rewards of collecting my money for cable service but does not provide the service I am paying for and then wants to charge me to come and correct the problem. This is the worst customer service.

The only time there is a charge for a service call is if the issue is with the cable outlet in the wall unless the customer is subscribed to Cox Complete Care for $10.00, which can also be added at the time that the technician is at the house.
