I too have been experiencing this same problem since Monday, July 31 on Channel 93, METV. It is happening on all three of my TVs and I have tried both restart and system refresh in Help to no avail. I am also getting a terrible echo in addition to the sound being out of sync and the jerky video at times. It is clearly something happening with the signal coming into my home.
