Intermittent sound loss on TV and Internet.

I'm using Cox Cable. My loss is only for 1-3 seconds, but is very annoying!!! I see that a lot of subscribers are experiencing this on their TV and with some is much longer lasting. I have tried adjusting sound on TV without results. In my case, I'm experiencing exactly the same problem on my computers.

    Hi Argimiro, to confirm, is the sound cutting in and out on certain channels or do you not have audio at all? In regards to the computers, are you on the website or are you using the Contour app? Can you please check to ensure your operating systems are up-to-date, and clear your cookies and cache on your browsers? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
