Contour Flex Error

Hi, have had Contour Flex for a year. Slowly, the local channels have been disappearing.  Now, I'm left with just CBS.   I get the the "program unavailable" please reference error   I have tried rebooting the box but no luck.  Any suggestions?

  • Hi Siliya, the signal levels to your receiver are slightly out of specification; outside of our preferred range. Signal issues can cause issues with SDV (switched digital video) channels, as the error indicates. I suggest that you schedule a service call so an on-site technician can resolve this issue for you.       Good Luck . An in home tech can't solve that problemI had the same problem awhile back .I had techs come out 2 or 3 times a week  for about a month . the problem is outside , probably nowhere near you place.
