Constantly having problems with stable signal from KSN. Resetting does not help. Other channels fine.

Channel 2003 and 3 (KSN) are constantly skipping, pausing, pixellating, whatever you want to call it.  Only happens on these channels.  Has been going on for a long time (several months), have refreshed and changed box to no avail.  I was told there was a problem in the area a month or so ago, but it still continues to give a poor signal.
