Can’t log in to CNN GO on my fire stick with my Cox ID and password

When I try to log in to CNN GO on my fire stick, it doesn’t seem to register it with the app and won’t let me get logged in.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Have your tried removing the fire stick and plugging back in. Also, have you tried resetting the fire stick?

      I'm having the same problem.  CNN go on amazon fire stick will not register.  Please escalate this Cox support.

        Hey all, I was able to log in to the CNN app as well as the CNN website to watch TV using my credentials. I do not have a Firestick though. Do you receive an error message when attempting to log in? If so, what error message are you receiving? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
