Upgraded Modem but No Dial Tone
Recently, our household upgraded to the Panoramic Wi-Fi PW7 model modem. However, we have not had any dial tone for weeks. Family friends on my cell phone have told us no one picks up the landline calls. I've worked with the Cox Support online. They mentioned I may have to get a technician to come out for $100 dollars. I'm just wondering if this is a line/wiring issue that is not compatible with the new equipment? Wi-Fi and TV works fine. I'm just curious.
