- BrianMModeratorI'm not seeing any outages in your specific area at this time. I would try what CurtB mentioned and also make sure the coaxial cable is still tight on both ends.

If you haven't already done so, try powering off your modem for 30 seconds. If it has a battery, remove it. Then replace the battery and resume power. Allow time for the modem to reset. Phone service may take a few minutes longer to be restored than Internet.
