My PIN is always my dogs birthday, if you got a dog try to remember their birthday (they'll appreciate it)

Hi, CurtB, By signing into the account with their username and password they are authenticating themselves on the account and should able to select a new VM PIN without knowing the old PIN.

Thanks. That's what I thought. If OP can't find his current PIN, he should just sign into his Cox account and select a new Voice Mail PIN.

Hi Dolphin300,
The default voicemail PIN for our home phone service is 269266 This can be changed online by signing into your account on our cox.com website Instructions can be found at Changing Your Voice Mail PIN.

GregP1 The Voice Tools setting to set Voice Mail PIN doesn't have a box to enter the old PIN. The instructions on the website you referenced don't mention the old PIN. If an individual is signed into their Cox account, do they have to know their old PIN in order to change it? If not, OP could simply sign into his Cox account and set a new PIN in Voice Tools.
