Zoom and Cox

Does anyone know why during a Zoom call I get a message pop up mentioning I have an 'unstable connection' but when I check my Internet hardwire or Wifi speeds from COX I am getting fast speeds in return (I several devices on my network but the only user)?  Is this a COX or Zoom tune I need to do?
