I changed my router log in information long ago and can't remember. Cox said to contact Arris, which I did. They no longer provide support for my model ARRIS / Surfboard TG1682. Bottom line, I have to reset the router to factory if I want to be able to log in and enable "logging". Does anyone know of any other way?  If so, I would be grateful. I am reluctant to reset the router. We have many devices connected. What if I can't get it back to the way it was?
