Why SSID not working on Xboxone and NAT type is marked unavailable. Help please

Xbox one doesn’t recognize wifi credentials anyone, tested NAT and it’s “strict”

I know how important it is for you to have your Xbox One connected to wifi. Please reboot your modem/router and restart the Xbox as well.

    I’ve tried that number times. The Xbox isn’t recognizing the SSID

      It recognizes neither the 2.4GHz nor the 5GHz? Are any other of your wireless devices having this issue?
