Where to fwd spam
Hello,
Just got an email from someone spoofing as Cox Cable. They want ID's & pw's. Figure I should fwd this email to someone so they can take immediate action to stop them.
Send response to my email acct. Thx.

- Hi Txlessmann, it sounds like you received an email "phishing" for information. I'm glad that you didn't fall into the trap! In general, any email you receive requesting personal information is likely to be some form of fraud. It is an unfortunate reality that thieves and hackers continuously bombard our Inboxes with fraudulent email. You should never provide username and password information via email to anyone, even if the email looks like it is coming from your bank, your credit card company, or one of your other online accounts. You can forward that email as an attachment to phishingreport@cox.net. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
