Very low SNR on 300MHz. Need sub-station assistance.

I have really great dbmv values on all channels.  But my SNR on channel 34 / 300MHz is really bad.  How can I get sub-station assistance to get this resolved?

Modem connection page attached in link below.

I would first suggest reseating all coax ends and if there's a splitter to bypass it.

There are no splitters at all.  And I only have one connection at my house which my modem is plugged into.  I even went so far as to get closest to exact-length quad-shielded coax for the run from my patch to modem (about 4 feet).

Techs did come to my house and said everything was fine based on their meter readings.  I'm just not sure what the meter was measuring.
