Unstable internet T3 T4 modem errors

Ok so my internet speeds are just fine, have no issues watching movies or shows online probably because of the buffer being ahead of any random short disconects. I cant however play any online game on PC or x box no matter if I am on wifi or plugged in. I have a theory it is do to noise in the main line cause syncing issues and random disconects and timeout also some packet loss. Been into contact with 3 different tech support  reps all saying my connection looks fine.

Does this look fine to you ?

Hi BaseballFan, while I am not detecting any packet loss at this time, I am detecting noise and other signal issues. I feel the best course of action would be to send out a service technician, to determine the root cause of the issues I'm seeing. Please make sure there are no loose or damaged connections in the home, this includes any splitters or amplifiers you may have as well. If you're interested in having a technician go out, please reach out to us at cox.help@cox.com, Facebook or Twitter. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
