activate what?
if for interne,t follow the direction within the packaging.

www.cox.com/activate always didnt work to me either. the fastest way is to call or chat cox representatives.

This site has never worked for me either. Always gives some error code. 401 or 403 I think. I always call in or use chat when activating a new modem.
