Time Zone and Email First and Last Names reset

Second time this has occurred on two of my email accounts. Last time was 3/22/18

Timezone reset from Los Angeles to New York.

First and Last Name changed from normal name to email/email (xxxxx@cox.net) .. my name becomes "xxxxx xxxxx".

Something in webmail is causing this to occur.

Any help here?

    Do you use any email clients to send emails? If so, please check the client settings for your name display. Also, if you are seeing changes in your account that you did not make, please change the password on our website to one that you have never used in case the account was compromised.
