Terrible Internet at Night - I JUST Upgraded to Panoramic Internet

Hello,

So I should be getting over 50MBps download speed.  It's night two, and at 9:25pm, I'm suddenly down to 10MBps.  Is this because it's cable internet and shared through my community?  I assume everyone is streaming Netflix right now but this isn't what I expected.

    Hi, Radioman1017. Evening usage should not cause you such difficulty. Each customer has their own line with it's own signal level. Please take a moment to review the information on Cox's My WiFi option.
