absolutely agree, i get them continuously and getting so tired also, the amount charged is outrageous yet service is bad.

rubyann3 - totally agree! That's what I signed up for community to complain about because you CANNOT get an agent on the phone from Cox any longer. Your message is EXACTLY how I feel. Had numerous outages over the past 1.5 weeks and I'm paying for 100% up time!
