Slow internet, channel bonding issues
I just moved to a new apartment and am getting channel bonding issues and high packet loss. I have my own modem and WiFi router and I moved from a Cox serviced location to another cox serviced apartment. I didn’t have any issues at my old apartment with the same plan 150M. I am getting extremely slow internet with 2down and 7up speeds. Don’t have any splitters. Can someone help me diagnose the problem? Cox tech support has not been helpful. See modem logs
