Roll Over Data for Monthly Data Cap?

Hi, would Cox consider giving us "roll over" data?

If I'm paying $64.99 a month for 1024GB of data usage, shouldn't I be allowed to keep the extra amount if I use less than that amount one month?

Or I would even prefer to have my internet speed throttled rather than paying $10 for every extra 50 GB.
