Ring Doorbell UDP assistance needed

I've been going back and forth with COX and Ring for about a month now.  I need to unlock or improve my UDP speeds to atleast 2.0 Mg.  I am currently clocking 250ks.  I've talked to MANY cox representatives and even had a technician sent out to my home.  Cox people are quoting TCP while Ring people are like no... not TCP, UDP.  I am not a techie person.  I just want my thingie to work.  Who do I have to talk to at COX that will understand what RING is wanting?  I've even though of going to RING Elite, but if the UDP is not resolve, I will suffer the same performance.

I like Cox internet.  The only other option as told to me by RING is to switch ISPs if they do not know how to assist me and provide me with what I am paying for.  HELP!!!

My first thought is a possible QoS issue on your router.

What are you running for WiFi (i.e. access point, router)? What's the model number of the Ring device? What kind of speeds are you seeing on other devices in your household on the same WiFi band? What kind of distance is there between the Ring device and the WiFi access point?
