profile page inaccessible

i spent over 2 hours trying to access my profile page. two cox people were involved. the first lady did her best but finally sent me to an "expert". the "expert" made a couple of attempts and then suggested she "find a solution and call me back". i never heard from her. today - a day later, the profile page is still inaccessible. i do not think that cox has it's act together. cox - prove me wrong. meanwhile i am going to speak with your competitors.

  • Hi Jabberwock, are you referring to the My Profile page found when you log into www.cox.com/.../home.cox using your Cox Primary User ID and password? I haven't had any issues accessing the "My Profile" page over the past few days. Go to www.cox.com/.../home.cox, enter your Cox Primary User ID and password, and then click the blue Sign In button. What happens? If you get an error message, please provide the full text of the error. If you are referring to another Cox profile page, please include the URL. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
