Power poles moved; 2 months of horrible service

Ive got the Ultimate internet package and all was good until the power company decided to replace all the poles in the alley!  This process started about 2 months ago and lasted a few weeks. Instead of 300 download and 30 upload half the time im getting less then 1 upload.  Other times the download is so bad I cannot even run a test on it still other times my upload is faster than download.  I've had three service techs to the house despite me telling them and the service rep this all started with the poles being moved the first two didn't even check in the alley.  The third one who came out about two wks ago said hes sure the problem is in the alley but that he cannot even check anything because the box that should be mounted to the power pole is now hanging between two poles and is unsafe to check.  This is what it looks like down the whole alley.  2 months after telling the first service rep about the poles in the alley there has been nothing done to fix this.  Im paying over $100 a month for a service that half the time isn't even getting upload or download speed of the starter internet package. I create content on Youtube haven't been able to stream in over 2 months and can barely upload videos this has cost me a lot of possible income as well as the bill for a service that is not being delivered! WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS?

Sounds rather irresponsible of them, especially when you provided an important clue and the 3rd tech stated a piece of their equipment isn't secured to the pole.  If you get no prompt relief via this forum, filing an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a viable option.  Good luck.
