Packet loss, slow internet speeds, and overall drop in connection

I am making this post again due to the fact that my other was listed as "spam, abuse, or etc" which doesn't really make sense as I made my post as professional as possible, so I am genuinely upset about that but I'll get to the point. I bought a modem from netgear (cm600) about a week ago and have had issues with packet loss and slow internet speeds for the past few days. Everything was not that bad the first few days but now it's gotten out of hand. I am experiencing 15-25% packet loss in league of legends and 100 ping which makes it feel like I am playing on 500 ping with continuous spikes/drops. On top of that, loading web pages are extremely slow. I have my modem logs here with the mac address redacted because I don't need it to be public. I would greatly appreciate if I could get some help with this, as it is hindering my ability to do work and to play my video games as well. I've done research via the internet and some forums here and when people have this problem it is either A. The registration process of the modem wasn't finished entirely, or B. There is something wrong with the cables or actual line out here in my neighborhood. I would gladly appreciate some help with this topic, and I'll be sure to copy this whole text this time just incase if this gets flagged again for whatever reason and to keep pushing to get the help I need!
