- BeckyModeratorHi Fofidesuyo, your modem metrics look good, and tests show no packet loss at this time. It's possible that an intermittent source of ingress could be impacting your internet connectivity; for example, a street lamp that turns on at dusk. Are you experiencing packet loss to a specific site or game server? Please bypass your router temporarily, unplug the power to your modem, and connect your modem to one of your devices with an Ethernet cord. Plug the power to the modem back in, and run several traceroutes, WinMTRs, or PingPlotters to the URL or IP address where the packet loss issue is occurring; plus to www.google.com and www.cox.com.
