What are your current client settings for your outgoing mail server? Please include the server name, port number, and authentication.
- JlutherNew ContributorMy problems were resolved by reset all of the correct server ports, as outlined by COX, for both Outlook and my iPhone 6s and then changing my COX password. Of course you need to make sure that the password is also changed on Outlook and iPhone. Then do not access email accounts for 24 hours, actually I went 30 hours before I tried it again. So far it is working. Make sure that you do it in the correct order, port settings first and then password change. Let the email account stew for 24 hours.
