I am getting fed up with my service. Every day for the past couple weeks it seems there is “something wrong” with our service. My fiancé does schooling from home, and barely has access to the internet all day. I come home and have no internet access for what I need to do either. This is becoming very ridiculous, and I feel that some type of reimbursement should be in place. I’m tired of paying for internet that we never seem to have consistently.
