“Outage in your area”

This happens at least once a week due to hardware problems in our neighborhood. Your internet service makes it impossible to work from home during Covid as we require stable internet. I need someone from Cox to contact me directly about this issue or you will lose many customers in this neighborhood.

    I'm feeling the same way - they've deleted my messages on here I'm trying to get help - nothing Ive said is untrue.  they gave me their new updated modem and gig service and it's far worse less than 100 down.  10 agents 2 phone reps and 1 tech still no fix but they want me to pay more...
