Only one upstream channel since September 9th area network maintenance.

Since the network maintenance in my area on September 9th ( La Vista, Nebraska ), my SB6183 modem only has 1 upstream channel instead of 4. I still have the internet speeds that I should be getting. But, the light on my modem for upstream is solid green instead of solid blue. I’ve heard from other people that this is a problem with an outdoor line.
