No customer service or care for committed customers?

I’ve been looking at regular price internet service in my neighborhood, tried contacting cox sales associate., no customer service to where average internet price for my service or new customer get 2 year preferred discount for internet services but committed customer gets charged at least 20 dollars or more a month, looking into new providers if no help or care seems to be given ?
