If you are continuously having to re-enter then information in your email software, it's an issue with the software. IF you have to change it on Cox, then it is something else, but if your software isn't saving the information properly on your computer or other device, then look at the software itself.

You said it happens with your Cox accounts. Do you have other email account inside outlook? If so, do they have the problem?
