  • @COXboxDropsALOT, Is this issue happening at specific times of the day/evening? Also, how far away from the modem are your devices? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

    Are you referring to the lights on your device?  The WiFi light goes out and the Telephone lights blink?  Was it rebooting?
