Internet

The internet is going in and out again this morning. Quite often. Supposedly a fix was put in 3 or so days ago. Can we get this fixed this time.

Is the Modem actually going offline and resyncing, or is the issue the WiFi connectivity?

Our internet, not just mine, was doing this a lot. Cox said they put a fix in. Now it's doing it again.

What kind of modem are you using, and there should be an indicator light, or lights on it, what are the indications, as they can help determine what's happening, and I can provide you better information.

Yea, I've been having issues since that last big thunderstorm... Don't think service ever goes fully out, but out 100mbps connection drops to about 1-3mbps and 99% of stuff won't load or will just keep loading with no prevail. That storm was pretty narly here in Edmond, but you would think Cox would have had it fixed by now or atleast put up a notice on their site or app. (we're at 2nd and Fretz area)

Hi Everyone, if you're experiencing ongoing issues, it's time we took a closer look at what's happening in each of your specific areas. I'd like to ask that you email my team at Cox.Help@cox.com and include your full name and address so we can check for known issues. We'll also be able to further troubleshoot and/or schedule a service call, if needed. Thanks!
