hello I have been informed by my employer that I might need to work from home. I have cox cable account that is in disconnect i dont have the full balance to bring account current i have only half of the balance to pay.would there be a way that i can pay half the balance to get my internet back up and running since my employer may close the office due to Covid-19 .

    call customer service somehow for relief before this thread gets locked.
