Internet Usage PENALTY (*** by Cox)

They charged me an addition $40 for internet use, claiming it DOUBLED over my average use. Complete BS. Does anyone like this company with their monopoly and shady practices? I am already cancelling my cable TV with these clowns. I would pay double to get internet service with someone other than COX. Any suggestions or will some COX moderator simply delete this question.
