Internet constantly goes down.

I have chatted with support and they told me it was my equipment. I have previously already had four (4) Cox modems, all of which failed and had to be replaced. My last modem was self-purchased and worked fine until two months ago. According to chat support, I was told signals to my residence are great so it must be my equipment. After buying a modem/router from their approved list of equipment, I am still getting T3 and T4 timeouts and constant internet drops just like the 2 year old modem. I have only one cable line into my home with no splitters. I am at my wits end. Does anyone have any advice on what else to check (since all support can ever tell me is that it is my equipment which 4 out of the last 6 modems were their own leased modems)? The errors shown below occur all day. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem as you, I got a new modem as well and also have no splitters or amps on my cable line. The only thing I can think of to solve this problem is to contact customer support and hopefully get them to get a technician out to troubleshoot.

These are the event logs for my modem(Motorola MB8600)

Very frustrating. I sent an email to cox support on July 25, 2020 and resent the same mail today and I have yet to receive a response.

Just curious, what area do you live in? I’m in Mesa AZ, and this has been happening to me constantly with gigablast. I lost my work from home opportunity, since it seems like Cox isn’t able to do anything about it. A tech came out, gave us a new ONT and checked our wiring - said we should be good to go. I got a new router just in case , and I’m still CONSTANTLY disconnecting.

I also have gigablast, but I am in San Diego, CA.

I am in Glendale, AZ. and I don't have gigablast. I don't have too many devices just a TV and a computer. I have already lost connection twice trying to respond to this post...
