I received this from Cox Support...
When you are connected to the Internet connection you intend to use you can sign into your http://bit.ly/2h3A2u0 billing profile and if you are prompted to verify your identity complete the requested steps and you should be able to send email for 60 days using this Internet connection.
That worked when I was recently in Canada...
