interesting behaviors since i have the Internet service in last month.

hi, there,

I got the Cox 100/10 mb internet only service (modem model TG1682) since Dec 18 and experienced with 2 issues.

1. have really slow access to modem console. Few pages, such as client list under LAN tab or Modem utility tab are never able to be loaded.

2. With speed test either offered by Cox or 3rd party website/app, the download speed is OK (the best one i can see is 75 mbps). HOWEVER, the upload speed is extremely awful. Occasionally, I can get 2 mbps but most of time is 1 mbps or below.  I understand the speed might lower than what I subscribed to. But, what i got is far slower than what i thought.

Do you have any suggestion on how i can resolve the issue?
