I had a tech come to my house yesterday and check my gigablast connection directly from the street
He was amazed that he got 12, 12, 0, 120, 16, 20, MB/s downloads on multiple tests. Its not my home or equipment or yours. their network is trash.

nice numbers! that 120 is definitely and anomaly :) hopefully they get sick of giving us credits for the sub standard service and they do something about it.
What kind of credits are you getting...they gave me $20 lol
I almost think they should credit the entire bill since I can't watch my cable through the contour streaming box either.
