Randy, you have a bigger problem than you know. Someone has made a purchase online using your email address. They cover up the purchase by flooding you with 1,000 newsletters. You have to go thru all of the emails to find the one that says "Your item is being shipped to....." or "You can track your purchase online". Do a Google search for this scam. You are not alone.

- KevinM2Former Moderator@Randyibm, you mentioned previously "email delivery failure." Are you also having difficulty sending and receiving emails? If so, are you on webmail.cox.net when experiencing this issue or are you using a client email? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
