How do I fix the following : invalid credentials

Your mail account XXXX was disabled due to invalid credentials. Please edit the account and enter correct credentials to enable it again

  • Hi BlackBart41. You want to make sure that you have the correct password by logging into the Cox webmail with the account directly and then log out. Afterward, log back into Cox webmail the primary email account and delete the secondary account under settings > accounts and then link the account again. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
