Hello?

Hi, I ended my internet service December 16, 2017 and was told I would receive a prorated refund within 1-2 weeks. I did return the equipment rental as well before the 10 day deadline. I still haven't seen any refund even after paying the full amount for the December pay period. Its been over a month at this point...Will I ever see this refund?
