Great Download HORRIBLE PACKET LOSS AND BAD UPLOAD SPEED

I have replied to several other post with the same issue...OK more than several. I had the preferred internet 150 I was experience great download horrible packet loss and bad upload speed. I upgrade to gigablast thinking that would help. ended up with the same issue. I get told by agents in chat oh its your modem....one agent I flat out said two different modems with two different plans I don't think so. I had a tech come out today as I opted to get the cox care and the tech said flat out your packet loss is way too extreme and you should a lot more than .5 Mbps of upload speed. Today the tech came out confirmed it was not on my end after they changed out all cables and wiring and connections in my apartment and my building. they also confirmed it wasn't my modem and that it was on cox end. I had an agent tell me they were upgrading the service on my node. This has been ever a week now and I work from home I can not afford to lose a job I have had for many years with no attendance issues. Cox I love you guys service but something has to be done.

    again today outage in my area i want to know when these upgrades are going to be done in my area this is getting ready to start week two of unreliable internet my employer is getting upset with this.
