Gaming Lag started 12/7
We've played Black Desert Online all year with no problem up until last week. Starting Friday 12/7, both PCs on our network experience game lag, at times making it unplayable. According to WinMTR, the packet loss starts between Cox and Level3.net. Please assist in resolving this.
