error when attempting to access full Account Profile

HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE USING CHROME AND FIREFOX

"We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred with this application. Please try again. If you need help, contact Customer Support or Live Chat for assistance."

an older IE does allow access.  Please help.  this seems to be an ongoing issue per this forum

    What website URL are you using to access your account profile? Do you get the error before or after you log into cox.com? Are you using your Cox Primary User ID when you log in, or a secondary User ID? Try accessing your account profile using one of the links below.

    After much searching on other internet sites, I discovered that THIRD PARTY COOKIES have to be allowed to access my Cox account profile.  The chat and even second tier support ppl from COX would not tell me this.  But they did try to sell me a monthly subscription for support ??? Enabling 3rd party cookies did allow access to all area of cox website

    The My Account section of Cox.com was recently updated. It's possible that the third-party cookie requirement changed during last month's update. I apologize for any confusion this has caused!
