Emails not deleting

Suddenly on All our phones none of our emails are being deleted when you delete the email from our computers. We all have different accounts. This has been happening for 2 days. Nothing has changed, no new phones, no new computers, no new routers, nothing. What is this happening.

Hi, you'll want to be sure that you check your server settings on your cell phone to ensure they match what's on your computers.  Also, are the emails showing up as if they've never been viewed on your cell phone and what happens when you go to delete them?   Thanks,

We have not changed any settings and this started happening on both phones the same day with 2 separate email accounts. Oh and no they do not show up as viewed, just looks like emails that are all new but now we must delete them off both phone and computer. Where would I find server settings on my galaxy(not that we have changed them but you never know)

Never Mind, Called Cox Support and they stated a major update was done back in October and may now be hitting select phones/servers. They had me change the outgoing from TSL to SSL and confirmed port number was correct. Now everything works fine.
