email

I have a cox email account.  I have the cox email linked to Outlook.  I prefer outlook.  Cox email will no longer synchronize with outlook.  I called Cox customer service 4 days ago and an automated response indicated that Cox was aware of the problem and "was working on a resolution".  No resolution has followed.  What is going on?

    We are aware of an issue with some email programs not being able to send messages. I am not aware of a synching issue with incoming emails.
