Using Outlook 365, I can receive and send email from different accounts at any location in the country except from our personal Cox router. At this location I can receive Outlook 365 email but cannot send email. I have been in contact with your chat site which did not do anything to solve the issue. I have stopped at a COX store and they were of no help. I have unplugged and shut down everything and started over, replaced the router, the list goes on. This is clearly a COX problem.
